We do not offer refunds or replacements when customers enter the wrong shipping address. Please make sure all your information is correct before placing an order.
Refunds must meet the following:
1) Items must be sent back in the same condition as you received them using the return label provided by customer service.
2) Items must be unused and sent back in the original packaging.
To request a refund, please email us at team.posttoprofit@gmail.com with your name, order number, and information regarding why you are requesting a refund.
If your return is approved, we will provide a complete refund within 7 days of receiving the returned item with a 10% restocking fee and $7.99 shipping fee. Refunds will take 3-5 days to be processed by the bank.
Please email us before shipping back the package, if we do not approve your refund before sending, we cannot accept it.
Order Edits
Please inform us of any changes to your order within 12 hours. After 12 hours there is no guarantee that your order will be able to be altered. This includes size changes, address changes, cancellations, etc.
International Shipping
Customs duties, taxes, and additional charges are not included in our pricing. It is the shopper’s responsibility to be aware of any additional charges you may incur as each country has different tax laws.
Clearance Items
Items sold on clearance can not be returned or refunded.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
